How To Write Job Experience In CV?

When an interviewer is looking at your curriculum vitae, he is seeking answers to his questions like whether you will be able to meet the needs of their organization in the future with the experience you have gained in the past. So, you should prepare your work experience section in your CV keeping this point in mind. Even if you have changed your career path, your job experience section, will explain the employer, the way you have chosen your career path. So, spend some valuable time in writing this part of your CV. Some of the useful information on how to write the job experience section in your CV is given below:

•    In the job experience section, you should provide the details of the date of joining and leaving your previous jobs and also the name of the organizations and the country to which the organizations belong. Apart from this, you should also provide the industry in which you worked like software, real estate, etc…and also your occupation in your previous organization (i.e.) your job description.

•    In this section, it is better to include details regarding the achievements if any made by you in your previous jobs and also promotions received by you.

•    Do not forget to include the details of the responsibilities you had in your previous companies.

•    You can also include letter of references from your previous employers and previous colleagues.

•    It is better to enter details regarding your previous jobs in the reverse chronological order (i.e.) details regarding your latest employment first and the previous jobs below.

•    If you do not have any job experience, do not try to flub. On the other hand, you can include the list of your community activities or volunteer work.

•    If you do not have enough job experience, you can assure your potential employer that if selected you will work harder and prove your abilities and will become a valuable employee of the organization.

•    If you are fresh to the industry and do not have experience, do not lose hope because many employers like to take up fresher to their organization since they feel that these young people have a nothing-is-impossible attitude. So, try to highlight that attitude, but do not try to sound cocky or over-confident.
